- Bernardo Uchôa joined Araújo Fontes in September 2004 as the partner responsible for legal advice / litigation.

- Between 1990 and 2004, was a partner at Mesquita, Uchôa e Advogados Associados law firm and a consultant for other leading law firms, including Araújo Fontes. Throughout his professional career, Bernardo has provided administrative and litigation advice for some of Brazil’s largest corporations and pension funds.

- Holds a degree in Law (1990) and a masters in Corporate Law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos; is currently a student of accountancy at FUMEC.

- Specialized in civil procedure law, tax law and commercial law; fluent in English.
