- Holds degrees in Accountancy by FAE Business School (1982), MBA Controller By USP (University of São Paulo), wicht extension in France, Risk Management and Business Valuation By ST, John´s University of New York;

- Active participation in several national and internacional processes of audit,business combination and business valuation.
